I loved the way i could use the dynamic keywords to add descriptions and titles to each link. Can that be done with the nukeNav ?

It's only code, so it should be do-able but to be honest I have not really looked at it much. The best person to get info on this is kguske over at http://nukeseo.com as he is the author.

Once you talk about "link", now one must consider using output buffering and advanced search/replace of links as my ShortLinks does. The reason is that *nuke modules produce the output and unless you modify the code that is generating those links, you have to re-write them after the fact.

It is not impossible but you will also run into other issues with invalid URL's if you are not careful with your title/descriptive data, plus you will also run into issues if you are not using an ASCII based character set, and you have to be careful not to change titles as this causes additional URL's to the same content. Just some considerations.

I new it would be kind of hard to do. I looked at the nukenav block and opted from trying to alter it. Way to different from the original edits and way out of my confort zone.
