Feedback and project collaboration

I have this crazy idea to make a 'maintenance' module for *nuke so I am seeking idea's and possible collaborative partners to help write the monster. For the sake of brevity I will refer to this modules as NM (Nuke Maintenance).

Administration Side
The primary functionality (at this stage) is;

1 Upon initial use of the module to copy data from the nuke_modules table so there is baseline data detailing which modules are currently installed.

2 Once a baseline has been established, NM will scan the master 'modules' directory and compare installed modules against the 'modules' sub-directories e.g a module installed with name Contact_Plus should always have a corresponding directory of 'Contact_Plus'. If there is a discrepancy, the admin is notified in *nukes admin area.

3 In the case where a directory is found but no DB entry, the admin is prompted to 'install' the module and it's associated tables (see 10)

4 In the case of a DB entry but no directory, the admin is prompted to un-install the tables for that module (see10).
