1. WARRANTY
No Warranty or Guarantee is expressed nor implied. We endeavour to test our software as extensively as possible but buyers should keep in mind that it is almost impossible for us to test our software under every possible server configuration, browser or underlying software. We do try to give buyers an informed choice and usually include a description of the server environment we have tested our software with.
2 SUPPORT and UPGRADES
All buyers are entitle to, and will recieve free support for our 'CA' branded products for 1 year (per prodcy, per domain) provided that;
a) the product was downloaded or purchased from our website
b) the product has not been altered (support does not extend to any changes you make to our products)
c) the licensing conditions have not been violated
All our clients are entitled to free upgrades and bug-fixes for 1 year.
3 LICENSE
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our software carries a Commercial Proprietory license. In it's simplest form, you may do anything you want with our products except alter the copyright notices, re-distribute them, make all or part of the code avaiable or use them as the basis for your own product(s). This is purely so we can continue to provide priority support for our clients (not pirates) and to protect our brand.
4 USER ACCOUNTS
As part of our standard maintenance procedure, user accounts which have not made any purchases for 1 year (12 calendar months after their last purchase) may automatically be suspended or removed from our system.
5 FORCE MAJEURE
We reserve the right to withdraw support and any products purchased, without notice, if we discover a violation of our licensing terms. Under such circumstances we also reserve the right to publicly name and shame the party(s) concerned and/or persue legal remedy for loss of earnings.
We also reserve the right to change any product description or our terms of service without notice.
