CA Helpdesk / Support Module for RavenNuke and PHP-Nuke (v7.6+ patched)
It is the perfect solution to provide a private Helpdesk / Support ticket system for your RavenNuke/PHP-Nuke users.
Admiistrators can view and reply to all user generated tickets but users can only see the tickets they create.
Extensive styling elements used throughout to enable you to style the module to blend seamlessly with your website theme.
Our own feedback system shows color coded feedback messages to your users for input errors, notices, success and informational messages to ensure your users and administrators have a pleasent and intuitive experience whislt using this module.
Optionally, you may turn email notification on or off. If enabled, administrators are notified upon new Ticket submissions and users are sent a notification email when a response has been made to a ticket by an administrator.
