Donations Module GBP

This is a revision of the old Donations module a.k.a Treasury.
This version fixes a number of important issues;
No longer uses a seperate database so those of you who have hosts that only allow one database can now use this module.

Much tighter integration with *nuke so you no longer have a seperate configuration file which caused so many problems for people in the past.

Reliance upon the antiquated $dbi database abstraction layer has been removed - good news for those of you using RavenNuke (tm) v2.3+

Requires PHP- Nnuke version 6.5+ patched to at least Chatservs patch level 2.9+ or RavenNuke 2.x
